General
Yes, we provide shipping for some products through our online store. For slabs, prefabs, and larger tiles, we will quote the shipping cost. Call us at 323-225-3000 or email info@licaritile-stone.com for a quote. You can also pick up your order at our location within 2 to 3 hours. We recommend purchasing a sample before making a full purchase. Please read our Terms & Conditions before buying. All sales are final once payment is received. No refunds or exchanges after the order is placed. Special Order tiles cannot be canceled or exchanged. We do not accept returns of opened or unopened boxes of tile. If your tile is damaged, we will replace up to 8 pieces. For more than 8 pieces, note it at delivery and contact us within 24 hours with photos. For cancellations, contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. A 15% restocking fee applies if the order is canceled after 2 hours. Once shipped, orders cannot be edited or canceled. All standard orders ship throughout the US using LTL trucking providers, and are curbside delivery only. The LTL trucking company will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time. Please inspect your shipment for damages upon delivery and note any issues with the driver. Contact us within 24 hours to report damages. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Yes, we can help design a kitchen or bathroom layout for you at no cost. Send us all the measurements, including the locations of the sink plumbing, gas line, windows, ceiling height, doors, and appliances. Email the details to info@licaritile-stone.com with the subject line: Kitchen design layout. We'll send you a quote once we have all the information.
